Abstract

The Author intends to summarize the complicated innovations in public employment legislation since the entrance in force of the "Statuto dei lavoratori". The instrument of this analysis is a diachronic examination of the relationship, or, more frequently, the juxtaposition of the two "philosophies": the one of the "Statuto" and the one of that legislation.
