Abstract
The essay concerns the relationships between the State, the Regions and the Provinces and between public and private intervention, in regulating the labour market: given an account of the existing situation, it is described how the Act n. 92 of 2012 regulates these profiles. For these purposes are particularly analyzed the employment services and the "active policies", the income support regulations and the discipline of the apprenticeship contract. The author concludes that the subsidiarity principles, both vertical and horizontal, have been questioned by the Act n. 92 of 2012.
