Abstract

After a swift excursus about the evolution of the fixed time labour relationship, the Author pays particular attention to the role of the collective agreement in the regulations of this discipline, since art. 23 of the Act n. 56/1987 assigned to it the power to recognize further hypothesises of term to the labour contract. After a consideration about some traditional questions concerning the trade unions legislation - in particular that on both the subjective effect of the contract and the choice of the unions - the Author takes into consideration the possible contents of the collective agreements ex art. 23 of the Act n. 56/1987.
