Abstract
The Author examines contracts for the performance of services. He distinguishes between the BGB law of contracts (contract of service, contract for services, agency of necessity, intermediation) and the commercial code law of contracts (commercial agency, commercial intermediary, commercial agent, grantee and franchising).
