Abstract

The Authors explain the reasons which lay behind this monographic number of the review on the redundancies procedures in sectors not covered by the relevant legislative social protection. They try then to find the common guidelines that inspire all the provisions introduced by the collective agreements authorised by the law in these sectors. They analyse, in particular, the relationships existing between the redundancy procedures in the various sectors, that is the public administration, the sectors not covered by social protection, and traditional private protected sectors; this through the lenses of the papers written in this issue of the review.
