Abstract
The Author describes the main issues regarding the coalition of independent workers and investigates the potential relationship between collective and individual bargaining. The analysis starts with the recognition of dependent and independent workers which forced us to use a new cultural and normative approach in respect of the traditional labour law models. Moreover, the Author examines the proposes of statute reforms and the first experiences of collective bargaining regarding these workers. Finally he proposes some potential guidelines for trade union to support the individual bargaining and suggests to reduce partially the "inderogability" principle.
