Abstract
The essay shall represent a kind of "labour law self-analysis", made by young Research Fellows and famous Masters. The Authors where asked 1) to explain the reason why they chose the labour law as topic; 2) to describe the evolution of the discipline model, including his historical turning/breaking points; 3) to imagine the guidelines that will inspire the labour law in next decades. An introduction written by Luigi Mariucci introduces to both the questionary and the answers, offering his own point of view and impressions.
