Abstract
The essay is focused on the control on different typologies of flexible labour that the Italian legislation commits to collective bargaining. Above all, the author stresses the recent discipline of part-time and the problems caused by the incorporation of EU directive principles on temporary employment contract. In the conclusive chapter, it is underlined how labour market regulations problems affect not only dependant labour, but also the so-called "new jobs", for which there are nowadays different proposals of legal disciplines.
