Abstract
The author develops a severe critical reflexion about the most recent developments of labour legislation with a particular attention to its relationship with organization of production. He stresses that the rights labour had conquered during the period following World War II, particularly the stability of employment, had been cancelled by a recent "reconquest" of capitalistic organization centred on flexibility.
