Abstract
The paper aims to provide a reconstruction around the question of the law applicable to the employment with elements of transnationality. Starting from a case concerning the itinerant work of an airlane (Ryanair case), the article takes into consideration the sources of private international law: Reg. 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matter (recast Reg. 44/2001); Reg 593/2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I); and Reg 883/2004 on the coordination of social security system.
