Abstract
After some consideration on the nature of interpretive activity, the article investigates the techniques (or methods) that might be employed to reduce interpretive variability, particularly in front of regulatory lacunae. In order to do this, the Author underlines the latitude and the limits of the systematical method. Mainly, the Author stresses that the judicial formal reference to the "system" often disguises an incorrect use of the systematic method and a creation of new law.
