Abstract
The article briefly investigates the most relevant judicial claims brought by Trade Unions (and, particularly, by Fiom/Cgil) against Federmeccanica/ Confindustria and Fiat since 2011 until today. The analysis leads to better understand the role played by judicial action for Trade Unions in times of extreme weakness of Trade Unions and workers.
