Abstract
The article briefly considers new trends in employment litigation in the light of legislative innovations and recent judgments. The Author raises doubts about informality in employment litigation. On the contrary, the Author looks positively at the trend toward an acceleration of civil procedure, required by the Supreme Court (United Sections) in several judgments as well as by the new procedural rules regulating dismissal. Particularly, this trend appears to be consistent with the original approach on employment litigation.
