Abstract

Labour law and Industrial Relations assume today, at the eve of the new millennium, new significance and different spheres of application, also in the institutional sense. The Author traces shortly the foundamental moments of the process, in the context of a clear and significative outstanding "passage". So it arises some "dyscrasia" between labour law in force and that still not in form; and also there is the exigence of putting into the debate the labour law's functions: a law of equality and of differences.
