Abstract
The article presents the second part of the overview on the debate held in 2014 in 23 out of 27 journals affiliated with the International "Association of Labour Law Journals" (Iallj). In their analysis, the authors decided to pay particular attention to some of the issues that have played a key role in this debate: firstly, to social security and vocational training issues, and, secondly, to the protection of health and safety at work.
