Abstract
The essay deals with the main references to collective bargaining contained in the so-called Jobs Act, which is characterised by the implicit promotion of enterprise-level collective bargaining and a more general shift of the fulcrum of collective bargaining and industrial relations. The article, therefore, examines the potentiality and risks in the type of regulative power of delegation provided in the recent reform and the possible effects on the characteristics of union representation within the company.
