Abstract

The author suggests some reflections on the role of labour law doctrine on the evolution of labour legislation. In particular, the author analyses the consequences of the scarce attention paid to the instruments to manage work on the effectiveness of labour protection. The author underlines as well the lack of consideration of Sme's peculiarities and of work there performed.
