Abstract
In order to contribute to the discussion on the role of Courts in developing labour law, the author points out an uncertainty as to the interpretation of a provision of the bankruptcy law. Different solutions offered by judges clearly show how complicated is the dialogue between labour law and bankruptcy law, and represent a cause for reflection on the strength of labour law compared with other branches of law.
