Abstract
The conservative drift of the Spanish Constitutional Court has fostered the adoption of a control of constitutionality, which uses the economic crisis as valid reason of the limits to fundamental labor rights. This circumstance states new legal strategies of guardianship of the rights affected by labor reforms, which belong to a multilevel area with several results.
