Abstract
Without undervaluing the implications of the language conveyed by the Regime and used in the following years, the essay retraces on the one hand the system of deprivation of work carried out by the fascist regime based on racial belonging. On the other hand, it analyzes the remedial apparatus developed after the fall of the corporate order. The attention is focused not only on the content of the relevant privative and compensatory norms, but especially on the reactions to such norms by scholars and judicial bodies. At the end of the essay, the influence of racial persecutions in the preparation of the constitutional provisions dedicated to work or producing repercussions on workers is analyzed.
