Abstract
vaxThe essay focuses on the problems related to the application of private law to workers in investee companies with particular reference to those relevant to collective bargaining. To achieve this, the author analyzes separately the issues related to collective bargaining of first and second level from those relative to the collective bargaining related to redundancies, cession and transfer of companies.
