Abstract
The essay looks at the 50 th anniversary of the Workers’ Statute (“Statutoµ) moving from the recent ongoing economic and social crisis related to the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the author’s opinion, this new stress test for the Statuto does confirms its vitality. The Statuto stands still up to date as a tool to ensure to all workers the effective enjoining of fundamental rights at work.
