Abstract
The research addresses the problems that emerged in the State-Regions relationship during the COVID-19 crisis. The tensions that have arisen highlight the critical points, on the one hand, of loyal collaboration and, on the other, of the substantial instruments for protecting the principle of unity of the legal system.
