Abstract
With the three recent sentences commented on, the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR Lazio, section III quarter, n. 11096/2020; n. 35/2021; n. 1523/2021) reconstructs the relationship between Regional ordinances and Prime Ministerial decree adopted in the current pandemic context. In the reconstruction proposed by the Court it seems possible to read a point in favor of ordinary regionalism, in response to recent trends in favor of a differentiated regionalism.
