Abstract
The work, starting from the ritual delay in the promulgation of the law establishing the «Costa Ripagnola» regional natural park, proposes a more general reflection on the legislative procedure and its discipline at regional level, with particular regard to the powers of the President of the Region in the promulgation of the law.
