Abstract

This article purports to describe, starting from a quantitative method, the case-law of the Italian constitutional Court concerning the so-called special Regions, enjoying an asymmetric autonomy, with special regard to the difference between the span of time preceding the constitutional revision of 2001 and its aftermath until nowadays. A particular attention is dedicated to the Trentino-Alto Adige Region
