Abstract
The essay examines two laws of Marche Region regarding the protection of consumers and users and the expansion of social consultation. The laws confirm the social function of consumer associations and their role in the market. However, it is doubted whether they should be given many regional functions that should remain with the Region. The changes to the composition of the Regional Council for Economy and Labor are examined, noting that the expansion is the result of an attempt to involve other interests in the market.
