Abstract
The paper addresses the issue of the urban regeneration model adopted by the Emilia-Romagna Region Law No. 24 of 2017 for the governance of urban planning, in order to achieve the ecological perspective of reducing soil sealing. The research studies, in particular, the prospects of judicial protection offered by the administrative judge to guarantee the collaborative approach between private subjects and local governments in the implementation of regenerative planning strategies.
