Abstract
The essay shows the Lombard education system highlighting the services for and integration of school inclusion and the financial resources allocated to the right to study, i.e. «Dote scuola» program and support for the right to university study. In the face of an approach that seems to take into account the complexity of users, there are still some critical issues in terms of substantial equality on which is necessary to reflect.
