Abstract

The article analyses the issue of the right to health in the Sicilian Region from two aspects. The first, concerning the financial autonomy of the Region. The second, the way of financing the regional health system. The article questions whether the current regulatory framework guarantees the creation of effective regional autonomy in the healthcare sector.
