Abstract
The note examines the ruling Constitutional Court, 23 June 2023, n. 127, which censures, for violation of the art. 117, paragraph 3, Constitution, the law of the Molise Region of 10 June 2022, n. 10, establishing the single register of autonomy and communication assistants. In reviewing the jurisprudence of the Court on professions, with respect to which this decision is expressed in an adhesive sense, the comment focuses on some issues that have remained unresolved regarding concurrent legislative power and the principle of loyal collaboration.
