Abstract
These case notes examine two rulings of the Constitutional Court concerning related matters: on one hand, the conflict between the State and the Veneto Region regarding the suspension of a regional hunting plan adopted by law; on the other hand, the scrutiny of the constitutionality of the same regional law approving the hunting plan. By dismissing the conflict and declaring the law illegitimate, the two decisions underscore the significance of interim measures for ensuring the effectiveness of judicial protection concerning regional plans and calendars, regardless of whether they are adopted in the form of law or administrative act
