Abstract

Starting from Andrea Morrone’s essay, this article dwells on two profiles of the relationship between the State and the Regions: the first one concerns the point of view chosen by Morrone in his essay, which could be methodologically challenged; the second on the combination of the «systematic method» and the «casuistic method» in the Constitutional Court’s case law; concluding with an observation on the legal, institutional and political context in which the decisions of the constitutional judge on State-Regions relations mature
