Abstract
The article explores some tendencies arising from the case law concerning procedural aspects of the trial between State and Regions before the Constitutional court. These tendencies highlight different dimensions and multiple goals of the proceeding, moving from the adjudications of the legislative competences of State and Regions to the overall guarantee of the Constitution.
