Abstract
The essay, starting from the analysis of the institution of the delegation of administrative functions, intends to examine the issue of its remaining in the Italian constitutional and legal system after the constitutional reform of 2001, accounting for its use by the state and regional legislators, and, lastly, investigating the reasons inherent in its progressive state of abandonment.
