Abstract
The legislative Assembly of the Emilia-Romagna Region has approved a law proposal to the national Parliament that suggests «Expansive solidarity contracts» for the reduction of working time, also in public administration, but they seem to be unconstitutional for the violation of article 97 Constitution, which prescribes the principle of public selection.
