Abstract

What is, nowadays, the government's communication? What are the processes to make sure that it is not just propaganda? Communication, for politics, as well as being the ground of relationship with the administration and the leverage for consensus building, is the first tool of definition and implementation of public policies. The government institution governs the process of defining and implementing responsible policies also through communication, paving the way for the construction of a functional and relational profile of institutions. The massive use of the media (especially new media) has undermined the traditional framework.
