Abstract

Relying on qualitative date collected through interviews, the paper analyses under a gender perspective social variables and conditions that influence subjective positioning between labour market flexibility and precariousness in a north-eastern Italian territory. A specific focus addresses female practices of work-life balance, basing on experiences and perceptions of young and adult women.
