Abstract
The article examines reconciliation between work and family life as a system, of actors and actions. It studies the pillars, the main features of the system and the innovations it brings about. Above all it focuses on the strains it suffers from as well as on the elements that risk its unity. The main intent is to open a new debate about the topic, focusing on two keywords: sharing and harmonizing.
