Abstract

European companies increasingly provide work-life balance tools for their workers. In the context of unsatisfied needs, these are private answers, enriching the options of privileged workers' groups. Though, they also represent complex cases of welfare mix, where private financing combines with third sector management and relations to public bodies, and where different users' groups (company workers, private demand, municipal applicants) coexist, with different access criteria and expectations.
