Abstract
The paper focuses on the perception of Human Rights, Health and Well-Being from a social-psychological point of view. We focus on the July/2009 Italian Gov. Law and on the December/2009 Regional Law of Apulia. In particular we considered caregivers' social judgments on Health Care: and if in their view, this is to be deemed a fundamental human right. The role of shared beliefs in supporting the effectiveness of norms is emphasized.
