Abstract
The paper offers a critical overview of venture philanthropy contribution to social housing reorganization. The research shows the primary role of banking foundations in the construction of a private social housing system, by ethic funds. Parsons's Agil scheme, reinterpreted by a relational key, is used to recognize the change of: cultural orientations, functions and objectives, organization and financial tools, integration strategies. While exploring these areas, the argumentation identifies those conditions that can transform social housing intervention models but also improve their performance.
