Abstract

Very different positions are taken on the reparative justice and its pursuance in the enforcement of criminal sentences of adults. The results of a complementary research made at the Uepe - Ufficio di Esecuzione Penale Esterna in Verona and Vicenza - and some remarks about the model of the reparative justice which are related to the same research, are given in order to revise the usual procedure and in order to find more suitable solutions in this field. The aim of this research was to point out the peculiarities of the reparative projects made by people spending a trial period at the social services; the purpose was also to state the operating procedures and the critical states associated with them in order to improve the quality of the enforcement.
