Abstract
The economic crisis has forced healthcare organizations to implement some cost containment actions. The study examines nurses' perceptions about these actions. The results show that the measures perceived are: less personnel and time, a request for considerable mobility and increased workloads which may increase errors and create unbearable conditions for operators.
