Abstract
The paper provides a systematization of the debates on the health-migration nexus. By identifying three main branches of research, developed in relation to specific disciplinary perspectives and analytical lenses, the paper points out the long-lasting fragmentation of approaches to the issue, highlighting current criticalities and weaknesses. It also presents some essential but open questions concerning the health-migration debate, opening the field to further discussion.
