Abstract
Beginning with the analysis of the numerical differences and the local peculiarities which have emerged from the comparison among the results of national researches, this article analyses the institutional policies to contrast the phenomenon of Neets. The article deals with some innovative experiences showing useful features that are useful to realize a change of direction in the lives of young people who are at risk. The final purpose is to propose innovative models contrasting the phenomenon.
