Abstract
Respect of ethical norms in research can be approached under many points of view. Among them, this contribution focus on ethics in research as an organizational process. Data from the national survey showed that 43% of respondents declared they had problems with access to or participation in the ethical assessment process by the local committees. This result seems to suggest that more attention could be paid to organizational process and procedures that may increase user’s compliance. Some practical suggestions are also formulated.
