Abstract
The use of the concepts and tools of attachment theory in the context of court-appointed and partyappointed experts consultations provided within the Juvenile Court must be considered with caution in order not to incur incorrect use, ignoring the complexity of the theory and debate in the methodological field. We must beware of the myth of a single tool or of a single motivational perspective
