Abstract
"Metalevels" relative to 18 normal adolescents' family relations representations are studied. Semistructured interviews are used following the Luborsky and Crits-Christoph's method and Gough's ACL test, about the description of himself and of his own family. A correlation between the triadic metalevel and the need of autonomy, and a link between the group metalevel and a positive perception of the family, are confirmed. Indications of a greater psychological vulnerability connected to the enphasis of the dyadic metalevel emerge.
