Abstract
The article draws an analogy between today’s economicist discourse on risk and the 20th century conceptualizations of the same concept as a requirement of artistic creativity. I will argue that in both cases, risk produces precarious subjectivities that are apt to receive and manage radical contingency with creative purposes. In the last part of the article, I will contextualize the analogy between economic and artistic risk with reference to the ecological risk and the ecological crisis. Keywords: Philosophy
